Kromatic Media is a project by J. Kendall Perkinson, a Morgantown-based multimedia journalist.  Everything you see on this site (aside from a couple of thumbnail images) is his work.

The company is currently based in Morgantown, WV.  It has received widespread praise for its 8-part true crime podcast Mared & Karen: The WVU Coed Murders.  Within 6 months of release, the show was incorporated into university curriculum in forensics, true crime, and podcast production at three regional institutions.

Kendall is also currently a freelance writer and photographer, with stories in Morgantown Magazine, WV Living, Wonderful West Virginia, and the Dominion Post.   He has also worked as a social video content creator at 100 Days in Appalachia, and currently works as a videographer and editor for WVU News.

In Richmond, VA, Kendall served at WRIR 97.3FM as both chair and co-chair of the station's elections committee.  He has served as a member of many other community nonprofits and social organizations.

He has been documenting the world with photography, audio, video and interviews since childhood.
